Kubot - A Next-Gen AI Bot for Customer Support and Product Recommendations

A client operating an eCommerce-based shipping platform needed a way to simplify product selection across a catalog containing more than 30 different shipping container sizes and configurations.

We designed and implemented an AI-supported product recommendation bot that functions as a 24/7 digital product specialist. The system guides customers through the container selection process by analyzing shipment details provided by the user — including dimensions, weight, destination, and shipment type — and then recommending the most appropriate container option.

The bot can also answer detailed questions related to the company’s products and services, provide direct product links, share contact information, and guide users through the purchasing process in real time.

The result was a more scalable customer engagement system that reduced decision friction, improved response speed, and helped customers navigate a highly customized product catalog with greater confidence.
