A moving and relocation services provider needed a scalable way to identify and engage new business opportunities across household goods, office/commercial relocation, and corporate mobility services.

We designed an AI-powered lead generation engine that monitors 38 different information sources — including news feeds, Google Alerts, and Reddit — to identify companies showing signs of growth, relocation activity, hiring expansion, or operational change. The system uses AI qualification filters to target small and mid-sized businesses while identifying decision makers across HR, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and Procurement departments.

Once a qualified opportunity is identified, the platform automatically generates personalized bilingual outreach drafts in both English and Spanish for internal review and approval before any communication is sent. The result was a more scalable and efficient business development workflow that improved lead targeting, accelerated outreach preparation, and reduced manual prospecting effort.
