A relocation services provider needed to dramatically improve response time and operational efficiency for import/export rate requests received from overseas relocation partners.

We developed an AI-enabled import/export quote engine capable of reading incoming rate requests, accurately pricing shipments, generating professional customer-branded quotes, and automatically placing completed drafts into the user’s email draft folder within seconds. The system also logs each quote into a centralized reporting database and automatically schedules follow-up communication after 2 and 5 days.

The automation improved speed-to-quote by approximately 1,000%, helped double conversion rates on import/export business, and significantly reduced the need for a traditional rates department to manually process every incoming request.
